Mayanoki is New York City's only omakase sushi restaurant focused on solely serving sustainably sourced seafood. We stand behind prolonging the life of our oceans and instill those values in everything we do. We work directly with fishermen, the Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch program, the James Beard Smart Catch program and a number of other ocean conservation organizations to ensure we are continually adhering to best practices when it comes to sourcing sustainable seafood. Our dinners are served in a traditional multi-course omakase format in an intimate setting where you can interact with Chef Jeffrey Miller and learn first hand where your dinner comes from and what goes into its sourcing and preparation.
Mayanoki accepts dinner reservations of up to 8 guests.
If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, please be sure to email us prior to making your reservation as not all restrictions can be accommodated due to our small and intimate format.
Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your reservation as dinner begins promptly at your seating time and all guests are served at the same time.
A credit card is required to book your reservation. For reservations up to 5 people, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your meal. For reservations of 6 or more people, cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to your meal. Cancelling later than these times will result in a fee of the cost of dinner per guest being charged to your credit card.
